Christmas is fast approaching! Santa is loading his sleigh with lots of goodies for his trip to the Talyllyn Railway this Christmas. The good boys and girls can come along, meet Santa, enjoy a train ride with him and even get a present this Christmas.

There will be two opportunities per day on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th December 2012, where Santa and his team of helpers will be wishing you a very special “Nadolig Llawen” whilst handing out presents suitable for everyone’s ages.

The journey will begin at the terminal station at Tywyn Wharf, where there is an easily accessible car park over the bridge off Neptune Road. Your seats will be reserved should you book ahead, in the special festive locomotive hauled train with Santa waiting on board! You will get the opportunity to take photos with Santa Claus himself!

The steam train will return you to the Tywyn Wharf after the first half of the trip, where seasonal treats await. The King’s Licensed Café will serve you complimentary mulled wine and mince pies, with the opportunity to buy hot festive food at this area.

Two Santa Specials run on each day, departing Tywyn Wharf at 11am and 1:30pm.

The whole train, festive and Christmas treat experience with Santa will take around 2 hours!
