Break ‘n’ Spin Dance Studio, Llandudno near Colwyn Bay is a dance and fitness studio owned by Zara Groves. Zara has over 12 years experience as both a personal trainer and group Fitness Instructor and has worked in Hong Kong, London and is now based in Llandudno. She is A.C.E. qualified and has a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. The dance studio has many different instructors teaching classes. All the insructors are fantastic in their relevant classes. The classes are for children as young as 5 yeasr old, up to super seniors. The classes are High School Musical Dance, Street Dance, Belly Dance, Line Dancing, Pole Dancing, Pussycat Dolls Dance class, Salsa, Pump, Fighting Fit, Step, Bootylicious Body, Tai Chi and many more.
